The relaxed atmosphere regarding flexibility in hours
We are genuinely interested in each other both as colleagues but also as private persons. We have a mission to give back to society and it is truly supported by the company

Fix compensation and stop promoising whwt you can't/won't deliver
Executive Leadership needs basic empathy training and accountable for inclusive leadership behaviors.
hire only competent managers, stop promoting internally incompetent employees to management roles
