be transparent in how to calculate metrics, Customer satisfaction surveys are forwarded to us by management and we can't see the real surveys, tasks distribution is not fair, performance metrics are really ambiguous and frequently changing, surveys have no value and people fear retaliation,

Fix compensation and stop promoising whwt you can't/won't deliver
Executive Leadership needs basic empathy training and accountable for inclusive leadership behaviors.
hire only competent managers, stop promoting internally incompetent employees to management roles
Be nice. Learn about the interviewee. Don't be jerks
Management is out of touch with employees. There is no training what so ever.
bureaucratic culture, incompetent employees that have stayed and got promoted for many years and stopped keeping up to date with industry advancements in their area (product, design, engineering)
