We receive some additional budget for Benefits (medical/sports/attractions)

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not me per say but a larger cultural moral decadense as observed from inside. e.g. someone (minority) made a suggestion to management but was ignored but as soon as a Nordic makes same suggestion it was brilliant all of a sudden. Its simply unfair
