What is the best part about your compensation package?
We receive some additional budget for Benefits (medical/sports/attractions)

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not me per say but a larger cultural moral decadense as observed from inside. e.g. someone (minority) made a suggestion to management but was ignored but as soon as a Nordic makes same suggestion it was brilliant all of a sudden. Its simply unfair
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Thats up to them to decide
The teamwork and collaboration quality was low due to lack of attention of the manager and the Senior of the team, as those two always preferred to take care of important tasks by themselves, not even bothering to get the rest of the team involved and for this exclusion,
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Great modern workplace . .

Every damn thing needs to change
