What is the best part about your compensation package?

High wages and great benefits options!

The compensation package is competitive with industry standard.

Premium medical plans, 401k match and competative pay.

The health insurance is very good, but it comes at a cost. I like the idea of receiving stock options. I am enjoying the free gym membership.

The compensation package is tied to company performance, ensuring that I can share in the rewards as the company expands and improves.
