What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A lot of companies don't show you appreciation (promotions or raises) unless you get an offer and they are about to lose you. NTi is always doing nice things for us, enacted a retention bonus during COVID, gives regular raises and promotions.
Norsk Titanium treats its employees as people instead of numbers.
People make all the difference. We have a team that is willing to help out whenever or wherever they are needed. There is also a strong sense of civic pride. Our employees are encouraged to particiapte in community outreach programs.
I appreciate the ability to work from home if needed. There seems to be a focus on work/life balance. People are nice to each other and are helpful
Ideas are considered and rewarded. I know I can influence the organization at many levels to help achieve my goals.
Norsk Titanium is filled with intelligent and driven people who recognize a common goal, even if we disagree on the best path to reach said goal.
