Very positive experience so far.

It has been an adjustment due to changes in personnel, which disrupted and affected the quality of training I received. I feel that has put me behind the curve. I enjoy my job and the people that I work with. Overall it has been a positive experience.

Diverse range of talent selected on the basis of potential to help the company improve rather than the ticking of specific criteria on a resume. It has allowed us to place some people with different perspectives in all areas of the company.

A lot of companies don't show you appreciation (promotions or raises) unless you get an offer and they are about to lose you. NTi is always doing nice things for us, enacted a retention bonus during COVID, gives regular raises and promotions.

People make all the difference. We have a team that is willing to help out whenever or wherever they are needed. There is also a strong sense of civic pride. Our employees are encouraged to particiapte in community outreach programs.

Thorough and honest representation of the company's strengths and weaknesses

Several different members of NTi management were involved in the interview process. Was able to ask direct questions regarding challenges and opportunities, and feel that I was given real and reasonable answers.

Both the interview and on-boarding process was well coordinated and worked seamlessly.

The position is one that I was confident about so the interview process went well and was not lengthy and drawn out.
