Working at this company feels like being on a losing team. They are unable to compete with other consulting firms and have no strategy or coaching. I have not seen them win any actual consulting business and feel like they don't have the drive to be in the staffing business. I give them 5 years.

Managers need to solve problems and not point fingers

There are some nice, talented people, but not a real sense of community.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They are a staffing company, but haven't come to terms that they are a staffing company with a limited bench. They try to flavor their titles and types of business, but they are not doing anything different than simple staff augmentation, just like thousands of other staffing companies
