Everything! No one at the "top" really gives af about anyone but making themselves look good

Be more knowledgeable, client focused, organized, assertive

Refining offerings for specific clients and use cases. Try not to be everything to everyone.

They are a staffing company, but haven't come to terms that they are a staffing company with a limited bench. They try to flavor their titles and types of business, but they are not doing anything different than simple staff augmentation, just like thousands of other staffing companies

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Strong pay is always on time or early, there are bonus incentives for senior consultants and up, and there are often flexible working conditions

I'm satisfied with its simplicity

What are some of the best things about your team?

Team Reviews

They are incredibly supportive and helpful. It can vary from team to team, but most of the people I've worked interact seamlessly together regardless of rank in the company. An analyst or consultant will be asked to lead or give their opinions even when with high-ranking clientele or internal leads.

Smart. Resourceful. Willing to share and learn. Good problem-solvers. Real people.

It's a highly capable and high performing team (with down-to-earth, hardworking and kind people)

Smart people -creative. Always looking for great solutions for our clients most pressing issues. Solvers. Collaborators.

Some teams are very well run and managed. Others are not

Need to be proactive, get deliverables and work done on time, develop their skills about the subject matter

There are some nice, talented people, but not a real sense of community.

The annual meetings used to be a great opportunity to network, share, and grow. Not anymore.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

What did you like most about the interview process?

The recruiter was incredibly responsive and interactive. If I needed to call or text with any questions, they were readily available. There were 4 interviews total. 15 min screening, 2 back-to-back behavior and skill interviews, then 1 hour case study.

They have a silly 3 step interview process. Its average but honeslty shitty in regards to the company itself. Like 3 steps to just be hired into some bullshit
