The executive team is experienced and people-focused
Flexible. Listen. Allow you to find your own path.
Kindness, compassion, organisation, teaching, listening
Vision and sustainable business model.
Performing as executives, role modelling and inspiring
Everything! No one at the "top" really gives af about anyone but making themselves look good
Be more knowledgeable, client focused, organized, assertive
Refining offerings for specific clients and use cases. Try not to be everything to everyone.
They are a staffing company, but haven't come to terms that they are a staffing company with a limited bench. They try to flavor their titles and types of business, but they are not doing anything different than simple staff augmentation, just like thousands of other staffing companies
Strong pay is always on time or early, there are bonus incentives for senior consultants and up, and there are often flexible working conditions
I'm satisfied with its simplicity
unlimited paid time off and flexibility
Annual Bonus is very good
The health insuranve is good
Better health plan selection and incentive programs.
I left and now make 50k more than I did while at North Highland.
They are incredibly supportive and helpful. It can vary from team to team, but most of the people I've worked interact seamlessly together regardless of rank in the company. An analyst or consultant will be asked to lead or give their opinions even when with high-ranking clientele or internal leads.
Smart. Resourceful. Willing to share and learn. Good problem-solvers. Real people.
It's a highly capable and high performing team (with down-to-earth, hardworking and kind people)
Smart people -creative. Always looking for great solutions for our clients most pressing issues. Solvers. Collaborators.
Some teams are very well run and managed. Others are not
Need to be proactive, get deliverables and work done on time, develop their skills about the subject matter
There are some nice, talented people, but not a real sense of community.
The annual meetings used to be a great opportunity to network, share, and grow. Not anymore.
People are very friendly and supportive. There isn't secrecy and people will try to support each other the best they can in deliverables and in career progression.
Effort put into DEI initiatives
Very engaging culture with highly motivated people
Encouraged to bring your authentic self to work
Everyone strives for quality results. It is built into the culture
Managers need to solve problems and not point fingers
Take care of your people. Leaders need to positively commend performance, help them...people don’t leave companies th
The disconnect between the executives (and their minions) and the rest of the company is appalling.
The recruiter was incredibly responsive and interactive. If I needed to call or text with any questions, they were readily available. There were 4 interviews total. 15 min screening, 2 back-to-back behavior and skill interviews, then 1 hour case study.
Personal nature, quick decision making
Variety of people I met. Hardest part was the case study
I liked to meet all the different people representing different areas
Very fast and effective interviewing
They have a silly 3 step interview process. Its average but honeslty shitty in regards to the company itself. Like 3 steps to just be hired into some bullshit
I really enjoy seeing the company envision and implement tangible differences in client outcomes and strategies. NH does a great job of putting people first.
Big client names. Challenging projects. Delivering wirk I am proud of
Interacting with such smart and kind people
The opportunity to learn and collaborate with really smart people every day
The people at peer level and the people leading the company. Middle management is the problem
They need to admit that they do staff aug work, and stop pretending they do consulting.
