What did you like most about the interview process?
The recruiter was incredibly responsive and interactive. If I needed to call or text with any questions, they were readily available. There were 4 interviews total. 15 min screening, 2 back-to-back behavior and skill interviews, then 1 hour case study.
Personal nature, quick decision making
Variety of people I met. Hardest part was the case study
I liked to meet all the different people representing different areas

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They have a silly 3 step interview process. Its average but honeslty shitty in regards to the company itself. Like 3 steps to just be hired into some bullshit
