Our overall team work and support for each other and corss training is very poor.

Lack of motivation and engagement. General lack of confidence in the product we are trying to provide.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to understand and address the vast number of process issues created by poor systems and procedures. Support their staff above client demands sometimes.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better training, more consistant processes, better understanding by senior management of the system failings and weaknesses of the business model and leff overall blame culture.
