Best leader ship to work with
Talking to people respectfully and addressing their concerns.
They need to understand and address the vast number of process issues created by poor systems and procedures. Support their staff above client demands sometimes.

Generous paid time off and holidays are a highlight. It shows the company values work-life balance, which makes the compensation package feel competitive and supportive.

Better acceptance of risk methodologies and better follow-through.
I appreciated that the recruiter kept her word and stayed in touch throughout the process. It made me feel valued and confident about the opportunity.
It was straight interview with the relevant questions
I interviewed with older employees.
Its long, which can be frustrating, but you get to meet a lot of people during the process, you understand a lot about the culture and if you are using the interview process to interview the company yourself, its powerful to get the viewpoints and understanding.
Recruiting was very responsive to all questions. The interviews happened fast. The delay was all of the background checking that is required for NT employment.
