Working from home without monitoring devices and needing to have your camera on all the time. If you get your work done with the amount of time they provided. There are no issues. The company trusts their employees to be professional and I appreciate that.
Being able to get the work done for the day efficiently.
When people trust each other and we are executing consistently and accomplishing our goals
