My actual team works well together. Unfortunately, the other teams we interact with are poorly trained and we are expected to pick up their slack.

Working from home without monitoring devices and needing to have your camera on all the time. If you get your work done with the amount of time they provided. There are no issues. The company trusts their employees to be professional and I appreciate that.
