- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Middle management needs to start showing appreciating, better and fair salaries.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Get the fundamentals right. You have basic complaints that never get addressed, and they just get ignored to "try move fast" and "be aggressive" You need to have space for all your workers, basic toilet facilities that function etc.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Its Sweden, and I work regular 60-70+ hour weeks. More than any other country I have ever worked. Work life balance is not worth the sacrifice for this company.
