Learn some basic risk management. Listen to your staff. You cannot hide fundamental organisational problems by wasting money on PR hype and internal game shows and parties. Do some due diligence on whats needed to actually get a project off the ground. Stop thinking you can be better for half price.

Its Sweden, and I work regular 60-70+ hour weeks. More than any other country I have ever worked. Work life balance is not worth the sacrifice for this company.
I believe the salaries are higher in other companies.

Everyone is super highly focused on getting work done, sometimes even too focused on this.
Multinational, diverse, passionate fast growing
Middle management needs to start showing appreciating, better and fair salaries.
Get the fundamentals right. You have basic complaints that never get addressed, and they just get ignored to "try move fast" and "be aggressive" You need to have space for all your workers, basic toilet facilities that function etc.
Whole management team needs to change their start up mindset.
Respect your team no matter the position
