What is the best part about your compensation package?

Good compensation overall, including salary

The salary is commensurate to the work

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Its Sweden, and I work regular 60-70+ hour weeks. More than any other country I have ever worked. Work life balance is not worth the sacrifice for this company.

I believe the salaries are higher in other companies.

The overtime is bad and pushed on us
