What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Learn some basic risk management. Listen to your staff. You cannot hide fundamental organisational problems by wasting money on PR hype and internal game shows and parties. Do some due diligence on whats needed to actually get a project off the ground. Stop thinking you can be better for half price.
They need to start thinking more about their employees
Please take serious people and people with experience into consideration
