That at least I have one. The representative does come on board to answer any questions that one might have.

401K contribution match up to 10%

The Health insurance provided to all crew members

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

They don't pay enough, or promote career growth.

I feel that only minimum benefit options are available, and they do not consider families.
