Poor morale lack of executive management quality

Toxic work environment and culture.

Fast paced, team is great and learning a ton

high stress, long hours, not enough pay.

Great company to work for. You get to live on a ship for 5 months at a time. You get 3 meals a day. We have activities for all crew members and even a night life.

Very professional with an open door policy. Very inspiring and knowledgeable about the cruising industry.

Collaboration, communication and setting priorities for the business. Also, need to implement a zero toleramce corporate bullying policy. Employees should feel safe at work.

That at least I have one. The representative does come on board to answer any questions that one might have.

I feel that only minimum benefit options are available, and they do not consider families.

Hard workers, work 40 plus hours a week, great sales team, respectable. professional and knowledgeable.

A lot of team members have been with the company for a long time and they are willing to work together to help each other and share their knowledge with others

We get to go to different ports and experience the culture. We all have to work together as a team to get things done.

Being in Hawaii and getting of ship while in port to see some beautiful places

Emphasis on people over results. Happy people drive good results. Unhappy people leave.

There should be more focus on assisting the employee to feel comfortable asking questions about policies they are unfamiliar with
