Its a decent job if you can handle lack of management and communication. Too many managers to be effective
Things are constantly changing, I believe upper management has no consideration for the fact that the company is growing at a rapid rate but not staffed to our full potential.
Great company to work for. You get to live on a ship for 5 months at a time. You get 3 meals a day. We have activities for all crew members and even a night life.
