Steve Odell — Senior VP & MD of Asia Pacific at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd.

Mr. Steve Odell has been Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Asia Pacific at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. since January 2018. Mr. Odell takes on an expanded role overseeing the greater Asia Pacific region, including China. He served as President for Europe & Asia Pacific Region and Senior Vice President of Asia Pacific at Silversea Cruises, Ltd. He joined the Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. in October 2015 to spearhead the launch of its Asia Pacific headquarters in Sydney, bringing with him 30 years of cruise industry experience, 17 of those in Asia. He is Chairman of CLIA Australasia and a founding board member of the Asia Cruise Association.
