I've been here about 6 months, but we have some extremely smart and talented individuals that are making Notarize an amazing place. So awesome to see a tech company that incorporates different departments and lines of business that tech normally wouldn't have.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Smart, talented, timely, effective, great work ethic.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe i'm paid fairly and benefits are great, but I know it's always improving.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Leadership team is open and transparent. I'd love to see more diversity within the leadership team 100%. I know diversity is at the forefront of how we hire, but it's important to see representation as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Every department has their own culture, but the HR team is always thinking of new ways to make it more inviting. I love our L&Ls that are lead by our actual team members and our DEI team is wonderful.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It didn't take too much of my time. I felt the questions were strategic, people I met were important to the role, and they didn't make you do projects, or all this extra work just to tell you that you didn't get the job. The time I invested was worth it, even if they decided not to give an offer.
