The focus is on how to improve the product and processes. No one takes feedback personally. Fair and transparent boundaries.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Getting personalized emails from the hiring manager and VP of Product after the interview. Made me feel like they were excited to work with me.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Mandatory time off. Everyone has to take one day off a month, and the company was shut down for a week in August so employees could take time off guilt free. Every employee also got a "Thank You" gift box after a successful series D that included new Airpods.
