I love it here. Management is always open with their communication, the benefits are amazing, and I feel like a valued team member.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is open and honest about their views on the future of the company. Normally, I might feel a little job instability working in a start-up environment, but not here.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I loved how connected I felt during the interview process. I was constantly kept in the loop about where they were in the decision process and always felt like I could reach out if I had any questions.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I really enjoy wellness benefit we receive every month to combat the effects of covid and added expenses of working from home. In addition, there is an unlimited PTO policy, which we are encouraged to use, and enforced monthly day off.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The mental health of employees seems to be prioritized over all else. The unlimited PTO, required pandemic day, and monetary wellness benefit are examples of this. In addition, we received a full week off where the company shut down so we could all re-energize.
What makes you most happy at work?
First, I love the work that I do. The job description perfectly matches what I wanted to get into, and I worked with my manager to take on some other responsibilities I was interested in learning about. The amazing work environment just increases my satisfaction with my job.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my team. Even though we are remote, the Slack channels allow us to keep in contact. I don't feel burdened by having to work with any of my team members. I believe Notarize has done a good job recruiting those who share strong work ethics, while also bringing in a diversity of backgrounds.
