Even as a lower ranking team member, my opinions are taken very seriously.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership seems to hold my health as a team member as paramount, almost as important to them as the product itself.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Time off is very flexible, including maternity/paternity leave, every month has a floating day off for mental health which we're encouraged to take and we have a week off for the whole company to "chillax" occasionally as well.
