I have loved Notarize since the day I started. I do so many things, and wear a lot of hats, but every day is rewarding.

The work is fast, the people are amazing, and we are just starting to get the flywheel moving. I'm so excited every day. There are moments of stress, but everyone is so supportive.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's above industry standard and I still have room to grow.

My coworkers, the work that I do, the challenge, and the fast pace.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that everyone is oriented toward the same goal and incredibly willing to help each other to meet those goals.

I am paid above average for what I do, and have built in compensation and stock option bumps for my career track.

The leadership team always takes time to listen if you need them to. They are supportive, encouraging, and hyper focused on career growth.

They really listen to new ideas, care about their employees, and maintain that a healthy working environment is the best way to make progress.

Autonomy - I am able to prioritize my day and work through the projects I know are best for the company, but without micromanagement.

The collaboration on my team is so effective - we communicate well, get things done very very quickly, and are all oriented around the same goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This company really cares about their employees. Whether that is flexible WFH policies, team lunches, or just fostering open communication, I've always felt heard and valued.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaboration!! We care so much about each other, and are so focused on getting things done, that it makes it an amazing place to be heads down.
What did you like most about the interview process?
We are highly selective for both skill and culture fit, and as a result, hire only the best people that are forward thinking, self activating, and simply fun to be around.
