Experienced and very knowledgeable on areas of expertise. Work well together and support each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary is comparable to others in the same area of expertise. There is an artificial cap to the salary at every given position with limited promotion opportunities. Remove the cap and allow the employees to be paid fairly
