Currently looking elsewhere, and unfortunately I am one of those people that will be dearly missed. The disconnect between teams and leadership is unrivaled against anything I have seen in the professional work force.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm compensated accordingly, but feel others are not.
What did you like most about the interview process?
direct and to the point. very friendly HR department
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team that I am on. Very welcoming and concerned.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all enjoy what we do and mostly get along. We just don't have any support from the top.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Leadership needs a change. Contract companies in support services are horrible and should be changed. Food is overpriced and not very tasty.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Its always about the money. Never about the patient. Lazy clinical staff, untrained support staff, and FILTHY conditions. I work here, but will never bring my family here. Fresh new President seems nice, but the remaining leaders are out of touch!
