There have been many ups and downs. For the most part the employee morale is not the best. Very little getting together outside of work. teamwork is not there. Lots of favoritism which is the topic of many conversations. I do my best and then go home

Ability to share in the care of the patient

The ability to make the patient comfortable and safe.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are prompt for meetings. They show up for work and visit the units occasionally
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Really good health benefits with lower then average out of pocket and large directory of providers
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The North Carolina people to realize that there are hospitals and other that would like to be acknowledged as part of the Novant Health "family" company
What did you like most about the interview process?
The manager was very friendly and very positive. She acknowledge my resume and experience and then we sat back and she told me about the company, the expectations and such. Then she asked about my expectations
