The experience was horrid, management would offer a discount to any client for any reason without investigation or discussion, employees were routinely thrown under the bus for de minimus infractions or without reference to any infraction as was the case most often. Hated my time with Now CFO.

There is no value to be seen from a company that accepts bullying from customers.

Hiring qualified people to work with instead of the qualified morons who have no background in accounting.

Pay a market wage for the state you are living in, not based on Utah where the company is from.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Better at managing people, not something esoteric like applying a management principle but something simple like learning to apply empathy or being a human being to one another.
