Open Leadership who regularly checks in with their staff to stay in touch with what is happening in all aspects of the business. Makes sure staff feel appreciated.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is no micromanaging, the management trust their staff to do what they are hired to do and make sure that they hire the best people to make that happen.
