What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership team has constant turnover and the infighting trickles down to the entire company.
Leadership fails at being leaders. There's a reason we can't keep a CFO, CRO, or CTO at all.
Direction for the company and product.
Constant disagreements between executive team. Lack of direction that impacts the entire company.
Leadership needs to present a clear, unified vision forward.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Stock options are not given out unless you beg for them.
Laughable salary, no stock, no bonus - all this despite the fact we just fired 30% of the company and raised our series C.
Compensation is not competitive. Equity is unfairly distributed with many employees receiving no equity.

HR is incredibly out of touch. Managers lie about promotions and raises.
We are not a team, very siloed and lack of transparency.

No coherent strategy and lack of momentum.
No product market fit, no specific vertical. High turnover rate, ineffective managers.
