What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very fair. There have been some tough decisions they've had to make, but they've always been available to talk to us about them, and explain why they're making these decisions.
I think they are honest, and while they have had to make some changes, I do think they are doing as good as anyone can given the challenges we've had to overcome.
The leadership team is constantly working to improve and provide a great employee experience and communicate the health and direction of the company.

Awesome, supportive people. Everyone likes each other, and is willing to have fun. Very smart group, dedicated to the mission.
Everyone works hard and looks out for each other. People are always willing to lend a hand; there are no egos.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Fast-paced, exciting environment. Never a dull moment. Generally very rewarding work.

We have a lot of remote workers but they go out of the way to make it feel like a family
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got a good sense of the people I'd be working with.
The various layers and being able to meet many individuals who I was able to have candid conversations with about their experience.
Constant communication, great support, moved quickly
Interviewing was quick. Offer took a little longer but it was all good.
