Leadership team had no idea of changes ate whats needed. Too many cooks in the kitchen cause confusion on the plan.

I like the company . Pay could be be better

The PTO is fair, however, scheduling time off becomes incredibly difficult when there is never enough staff available to compensate for the time one is gone.

the people who get the beenfits of the place i work out of as a contractor, i'm truly made to feel like less of a person because of how much less I get out of the same workplace since I'm a ntt contractor as opposed to a full time employee

there is very little appreciation for a job well done. Haphazard and low productivity isn't dealt with, and that leaves the necessity of keeping up with demand on the shoulders of a few.

Our back-office systems are functional but antiquated. Its sometimes more difficult than it should be to make changes to benefits, get answers from HR, file expense reports, work with the Performance Management system, etc.

More female leadership and diversity.
