Siegel, also known as Ken, has been Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at Nuance Communications, Inc. since January 2016 and since February 05, 2016 respectively and served as its General Manager of Enterprise Division since April 25, 2017 and Interim General Counsel since 2015. Mr. Siegel served as Vice President and General Counsel at Cyan, Inc. since September 2012 and served as its Secretary. Mr. Siegel served as Vice President and General Counsel at CyanConnode Holdings Plc since October 31, 2012 until September 2015. He is an Experienced Legal Executive Brings 30 Years of Private and Public Counsel in Technology Industry. Mr. Siegel served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of QuinStreet, Inc. since February 2012. Mr. Siegel served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of SafeNet Inc. (Safenet Holding Corporation) from June 2010 to March 2012 and also served as its Secretary from February 2010 to March 2012. Mr. Siegel served as the Vice President and General Counsel of Verigy Ltd. from February 2006 to February 2010 and also served as its Secretary, where he was responsible for legal affairs and compliance worldwide, corporate governance, including SEC reporting and legal aspects of mergers and acquisitions and strategic transactions. Mr. Siegel has a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Policy Studies from the Monterey Institute of International Studies and a Juris Doctor degree from University of California Hastings College of the Law.
