Mr. Satish Maripuri has been an Executive Vice President and General Manager of Healthcare Division at Nuance Communications, Inc. since August 2016. Mr. Maripuri joined the Nuance Communications, Inc. in February 2012. He was elected as an executive officer on August 1, 2017. From February 2012 to January 2016, Mr. Maripuri served as Senior Vice President of operations in the Healthcare Division. Mr. Maripuri served as Regional Managing Director of Asia Pacific at Solera Holdings Inc. from March 2011 to March 2012. He served as the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Lionbridge Technologies Inc. until September 24, 2010. He joined Lionbridge in March 2004. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of Americas and Asia of Lionbridge Technologies Inc. since October 2004. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of VeriTest and ADM (Application Development and Maintenance) Business Units of Lionbridge Technologies Inc. since April 2004. He has more than 25 years of experience in Building and growing successful software and services organizations. His expertise in General Management, International Operations, Customer Service, Product Engineering and Sales and Marketing, to facilitate growth and drive efficiencies for the VeriTest and ADM businesses. From May 2002 to February 2004, he served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development of Imprivata Inc., a provider of identify and access management security solutions, where he developed its business model and go to market strategy and led Imprivata's sales and channel development success. He also spent seven years at eXcelon Corporation (formerly known as Object Design), where he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer from August 2000 to December 2001. He served as Vice President of Worldwide Services of eXcelon Corporation since September 1999, as Vice President of Services and eSolutions from September 1998 to September 1999 and also as Director of Professional Services from 1996 to September 1998. He also served as an Executive in Residence at General Catalyst Partners, a private equity group, from January 2002 to May 2002. He is a frequent Speaker on Enterprise Commerce Infrastructure, XML Standards and Management. Mr. Maripuri holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Andhra University and an M.S. degree in Computer Engineering from Northeastern University.
