He was Chief Financial Officer of SimpliVity Corporation since August 04, 2015 until November 2017. He has more than 35 years of experience providing financial and operational leadership and support. Mr. Beaudoin served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Nuance Communications, Inc. from August 12, 2008 to July 31, 2015. He served as Executive Vice President of Finance at Nuance Communications Inc. since joined in June 2008. He served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of PB Estate (UK) Limited (formerly, Polaroid (U.K.) Ltd.). Mr. Beaudoin served at Polaroid Corporation from February 2004 to June 2008 and where he served as its President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer from July 2005 to June 2008 and Vice President and Controller from February 2004 to June 2005. Mr. Beaudoin served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Interim Chief Financial Officer of Parametric Technology Corporation and led a reorganization of global finance, revised the corporate strategy and planning processes and reengineered all back office processes to improve organizational alignment. He served as Chief Financial Officer for Infinite Supply of i2 Technology, where he was recruited to lead an anticipated spin-out and IPO for this division. He served a variety of executive, operational and financial management positions at Compaq Computer Corporation. In a career that spanned two decades at Digital Equipment Corporation and Compaq Computer Corporation. During his tenure, Mr. Beaudoin led the combined Enterprise Computer Group and Compaq Services finance organizations. He has been a Director of Transcend Services, Inc., since April 2012. He served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of PB Estate (UK) Limited. He has been a Director of Ditech Networks, Inc. since December 4, 2012. Mr. Beaudoin received his Master's of Business Administration, BA and Bachelors of Science, Business Administration in Accounting, degrees from Babson College.
