What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers in my department do not help others grow, they try to limit them because they are not given or ask for the same opportunities. There is a lot of disconnect between departments and levels of leadership that causes a lot of tension.

It's not them, its me. Although we all could be less negative and calm down a bit. When it is busy everyone is stressed and in a bad mood and it just makes things more stressful.

We need more vacation days and/or less restriction around us of sick days. Please more work from home days and more flexibility. I would be more likely to stay in this position long term if I got more work from home time. The inside sales team needs an additional supervisor or leader.
