I like the opportunities I get to learn new things on the clock.

The company can use a more equitable pay model. Some teams just aren't paid enough and the whole team suffers because of it.

They're committed to doing the right thing by kids.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Improved diversity, but they've made a commitment to hiring remote staff to achieve that, which is what it takes when you're based in Portland.
