The overall experience at Nypro is horrible. Once my two week notice is up, I wouldn't work here again unless they doubled my paycheck or fired the two in management in Cherokee wing. I dread coming into work everyday because my bosses are egotistical children.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leading the rest of the team and learning how to put his foot down when necessary.

The woman who interviewed me made me feel very comfortable and confident. She was understanding and answered any questions I had.
