Overall I like the pace of the job, it makes the time go by quickly but there are several areas that need improvement

Valuing workers and acknowledging them as people

I really like the programs that make our work as technicians easier as well as the patients
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers are old and bitter and perhaps changing jobs or dropping the attitudes would help our team work better together
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I was treated as a valuable team member instead of a mule to churn out prescriptions I would feel very differently. Making more than 11 dollars an hour would make me feel better about my compensation
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Technicians should be paid more money! The national average is several dollars above what CVS pays. Additionally staffing issues are rampant so perhaps a streamlined hiring process that gives pharmacy managers back the power would be better. Finally giving the stores more hours to schedule help.
