We are able to help each other - very supportive.

My direct team is the best because we've developed a supportive culture.

I love the nurses I work with and their work ethic.

CVSCU is a unique unit. We are a big team and everyone is willing to lend a hand. We teach each other and always welcome questions, no matter how busy we are.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

They need to understand they have a job and to do it as it is stated, Everyone want to be Chiefs and no Indians.

Better communication, less petty, political approach.

Co-workers are ok for the most part.

No accountability for less effective team members

Hold administration accountable by reporting through proper channels

The staff are worn out by the lack of stability and will need "professional rehab" but after removing the causes of said fatigue

Work effectively and stop being a nusance always gossiping.

Everyone is looking out for their own best interest. Never care about others.
