Oak Street Health Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Wont be paid maternity leave unless working with OSH for a year

The work is the most important part of my job

Review from Sales Dept

Fair healthcare, vision, and dentalcare packages.

They have a compensation package that is decent.

The bonuses and benefits really add up

It is great coverage with a fair price

Well rounded benefits which help

It very fair and in a competitive market

My salary. I feel like they have seen my worth and are compensating me accordingly.

Health insurance benefits and higher education reimbursement.

The commissions are competitive and attainable

Being able to have bonus compensation for excellent customer care and meeting quality care metrics.

Employee stock purchase plan and employer match 401K

401K plan that they offer

The matching stock and the bonuses.

Fully vested 401K day 1, 40 hours sick time day 1, eligible for STD day 1. Being with the company less than a year and already had 3 raises

I would like to have more equity gifted to me.

I think the benefits package should be revised the pto time to be used take a year to qualify for and if you are a family person like myself you may need to use that time much sooner.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I appreciate the opportunity to receive equity in the company. That's not the norm in healthcare.

Salary and bonuses are at the top

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Little flexibility, high cost insurance plans, limited PTO

If it was not at will employment and a few more dollars than minimum wage for the systems and mental stress from the typical daily road bumps/road blocks you encounter daily.

If the favoritism wasn't going to the Asian

Review from Sales Dept

If you are going to increase goals for the center, then they need to be achievable goals without barriers such as consistent capacity issues with the schedules or high provider turnover.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I felt undervalued because they very rarely offered nurses a chance for monthly bonus pays and just designated them to part of the call center.

The last Couple Months I had a situation that needed to be addressed, they just ignored the situation it took Me reach To sally senior manager to get a schedule changed , why does it need to get to that point that’s why theirs team leaders to help out & understand yo
