More pay. Maybe the implementation of a commission structure of sorts.
I would like to be able to come to work and be treated the same as everyone else.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Safety guidelines and a tour of the facility.
It was one on one with the store manager at the time. We just had a normal conversation rather than a formal interview. It gave a really good insight to how my experience at the store would be.

What makes you most happy at work?
Top notch management with a humane understanding of works safety. Less on require units quota when issues arise.
I get along with my store manager really well which always makes the work experience more enjoyable. I also have been given a little more responsibility with creativity at our store which makes me excited to go to work and help.
