I am a relatively new member of the team, but It really seems like we operate differently than other recruiting firms - There's a real emphasis on being the best at what we do for the contract but even more so, the candidate.
What are some of the best things about your team?
All across the board, everyone wants to help and make sure we're all accomplishing the goals we set individually as well as for the team
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to be really open to teaching and helping others out, really just making sure that everyone can perform to the best of their abilities
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued as much as I feel like there are other firms who end up paying more than what I make for an adjacent position
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was able to interact with people I'd be working with day-to-day and everyone was very open and honest about sharing things about the company and culture during the process
