Even in this remote environment and not meeting anyone in person, I feel like part of a large team. Everyone is very knowledgeable and passionate about their work. Everyone is motivated daily and the support from the team is felt daily too.

I started out as part-time, everyone was helpful and supportive as I was learning. I became full time and it has been an even better experience. My manager has been awesome since day 1. I really value her leadership style and open communication.

Supporting onboarding and the back-end processing of new hires. I also love being assigned new projects that help support the overall company goals.

The push for work/life balance. There have been times I have responded to an email after 530p and my manager always says "could that have waited until tomorrow?"
