More means for departments to discuss content (art and design don't talk much), feels stratified.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
forced labor to ship unfinished products
Owners need to get out of the way of top talent, and hire talent to fill in where leadership is lacking. Establish adequate training and career progression. Lose the nepotism. Explore new ideas. Resolve gender inequity.
