How's the vacation policy at Oculus VR?
21 days of PTO/year - these are real vacation days, sick time doesn't count against it. Sick time is unlimited in 3 day chunks (if you're sick for longer, it may be handled differently). 4 months of parental leave for new parents. Also a 30 calendar day "recharge" every 5 years. There are 11 holiday days off per year, and no floating holidays.
