Prior to the Marmon Group, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Conwed Plastics, LLC (formerly Conwed Plastics, Inc.). He served as President of Profile Products LLC (formerly AIMCOR). He holds a master's degree in business administration (MBA) from the University of Michigan and a bachelor's degree in Economics and Management from Albion College.
