I feel I am paid fairly for the job that I do and the role that I am in. For the first time in my life I am not living paycheck to paycheck or struggling to survive. The health and wellness benefits are way beyond I have ever received or known to be available. OJO takes care of us.

The best part about my comp is that I think its an accurate reflection of my value to the company.
